- Walk through with family first and mark what stays.
- Take out documents, photos and valuables you want to keep.
Crew and equipment
Every job runs out of a white Ram 1500 pulling an 8 × 12 ft dump trailer with 4 ft sides, about 14 cubic yards of space. Most jobs get a two-person crew, and we do all the lifting, loading and sweeping up.

Yes. Tell us which rooms are ready and we start there. Anything you're unsure about gets set aside for you to check.
Do you donate items from an estate?
Furniture and household goods in good shape get donated or given away instead of dumped. Appliances and electronics get recycled.
