Storage Unit Cleanout

Storage unit cleanouts so you can stop paying for space you don't need. We empty the unit, load everything into our trailer, donate what's usable and sweep it out.

What's included

  • Furniture, boxes and bins
  • Appliances and old electronics
  • Mattresses and bed frames
  • A swept, empty unit, ready to hand back

How we handle it

  1. Call or text and tell us which facility the unit is in.
  2. We meet you at the facility during its gate hours.
  3. We load everything, sweep the unit and you lock up.

Before we arrive

  • Check the facility's gate hours and whether a trailer can pull up to your unit.
  • Pull out anything you're keeping, or tell us and we'll set it aside.

Crew and equipment

Every job runs out of a white Ram 1500 pulling an 8 × 12 ft dump trailer with 4 ft sides, about 14 cubic yards of space. Most jobs get a two-person crew, and we do all the lifting, loading and sweeping up.

Storage Unit Cleanout questions

Do I need to be there?

Usually, yes. Most facilities need the renter to let us through the gate and open the unit.

What if the unit is packed floor to ceiling?

That's common. Big or packed units can take more than one trailer load.
