You pay for the space your junk takes in the trailer. No hourly rates, and no surprise fees at the curb.
One rule decides your price
The more room your junk takes in the trailer, the more it costs. A quarter trailer costs less than half, and half costs less than full.
What your quote includes
Every job is quoted up front, for free, before we start. The quote you get is the price you pay.
- Labor: we do all the lifting, loading and sweeping up
- Dump fees
- Taxes and fees
- No extra charge for mattresses or for freon in fridges and AC units
- Two tires ride along free with any job
Minimum job: $149. The same pricing applies in every city we serve.
How much fits in the trailer
Our trailer is 8 ft × 12 ft with 4 ft sides, which is 384 cubic feet, or about 14 cubic yards. A full-size pickup bed loaded level with the rails holds roughly 62 cubic feet, so a full trailer is about six of those. If it's easier to picture your pile as pickup loads, that's the conversion.
What affects your price
- How much trailer space the load fills (the main factor)
- Heavy material like concrete, dirt and tile, which is quoted by weight
- More than two tires, which adds a tire disposal charge
- Stairs, long carries or tight access, only when they add real time to the job

Four ways to pay less
A few minutes of prep before we arrive can take real money off your quote.
- Pile everything in one spot before we arrive. A tight pile loads faster and stacks smaller in the trailer.
- Put things where the trailer can reach them easily, like the driveway, garage or curb.
- Keep clean concrete separate from dirt and trash. Clean loads cost less to dump, and we pass that on in your quote.
- Text early in the day. Same-day slots cost the same as scheduled ones; they go to whoever books first.
Pricing questions, answered
Is junk removal cheaper than renting a dumpster?
For a single load, hiring us costs about the same or less once you count your own labor. A dumpster usually sits for a week, you load it yourself, and many streets require a city permit to park one. We do the loading and the sweeping, and the pile is gone the same day. A dumpster makes sense when a renovation produces debris for weeks. We make sense when you want it gone today.
Do you charge extra for stairs or heavy items?
Stairs, long carries and tight access only add to the price when they add real time and labor, and most of the time they don't. Heavy material like concrete and dirt is quoted by weight. Mattresses and freon cost nothing extra. Anything that applies is in your quote before we start.
