Apartment Cleanout
Apartment and condo cleanouts for move-outs and tenant turnovers. We carry everything down and out to the trailer, then sweep the unit.

How we handle it
- Call or text and tell us which floor the unit is on.
- We sort out parking and building access before we arrive.
- Two of us carry everything down and load the trailer.
- We sweep the unit before we leave.

- Ask your building about elevator reservations or move-out hours.
- Tell us where the trailer can park and how far the walk is.
Crew and equipment
Every job runs out of a white Ram 1500 pulling an 8 × 12 ft dump trailer with 4 ft sides, about 14 cubic yards of space. Most jobs get a two-person crew, and we do all the lifting, loading and sweeping up.

Can you carry everything down from an upper floor?
Yes. Two of us carry it down the stairs or to the elevator, and out to the trailer.
Can you clear a unit after a tenant moves out?
Yes. Landlords and property managers use us for turnovers. Someone 18 or older needs to be in the unit while we're inside.
