Usable items go to donation centers first and recyclables go to certified recyclers; hazardous materials are the one thing we can't haul. Couches, sectionals, recliners, dressers, desks, bookshelves, dining sets, patio furniture. We carry it out from wherever it sits, down the stairs if we have to, and we don't scuff your walls doing it. Usable pieces go to donation first.
Mattresses and box springs of every size, including the awkward king that won't fit in your car. California runs a statewide mattress recycling program, and we route every mattress we haul into it instead of a landfill. You skip the drop-off line; we handle the whole trip.
Fridges, freezers, washers, dryers, stoves, dishwashers, water heaters. We do the disconnect-safe heavy lifting (you handle any gas or hardwired disconnections first) and haul them to proper recycling.
TVs, monitors, computers, printers, and the tangle of cables behind them. California banned electronics from landfills in 2003, which means TVs and monitors belong with a certified e-waste recycler. Ours go there, every load.
The whole garage, floor to rafters: boxes, old tools, broken equipment, the stuff three moves ago. You point at what goes, we load it, sweep the floor, and hand you back a garage you can park in. A typical garage runs a half truck to a full truck; see pricing for what that costs.
Clearing a family home is heavy in more ways than one. We work respectfully and at your pace, set aside anything you want kept, donate what can find a second life, and leave the place broom-clean.
Hot tubs and spas, drained and dead or just unwanted. We break them down on-site when needed, haul the pieces, and leave the pad clear. (Please drain it before we arrive.)
Branches, fencing, old decking, drywall scraps, renovation leftovers. Light demo debris and green waste, loaded and gone so your project can keep moving. Keep clean concrete separate from dirt and mixed trash; clean loads cost less to dump and that shows up in your quote.
The short "no" list: hazardous materials of any kind. Paint, chemicals, oils, fuel, asbestos. Everything else, ask: text us a photo.
